Who we are
TajuAI ("we", "us") provides an AI sales autopilot platform. Contact: tajubusiness@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers.
- Lead data you upload: contact details, notes, and call/message history.
- Integration credentials: encrypted API keys for ElevenLabs, Twilio, Microsoft, Stripe, etc.
- Usage data: the actions you take in the app, AI prompts/responses, voice-call metadata.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
Why we process it
- To operate the Service and the integrations you configure.
- To bill paid subscriptions and meter platform usage.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases (GDPR)
Contract (Article 6(1)(b)), legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)), legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)), and consent (Article 6(1)(a)) where required.
Sharing
We share data with sub-processors that power the Service: Supabase (database/auth), Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (billing), ElevenLabs (voice), Twilio (messaging/voice), Microsoft (Teams), xAI / Google (AI models). We never sell personal data.
Lead lists & oversight
Lead lists you upload are visible to you and to authorised platform administrators (read-only) for support, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. Other customers cannot see your leads.
Retention
We keep data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and audit requirements. You can request export or deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under GDPR/UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Email tajubusiness@gmail.com to exercise them.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is gated by row-level security; service-role keys are restricted to server-side code.
Children
The Service is not intended for users under 16.
Changes
Material changes will be announced in-app.
