Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing or using TajuAI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
TajuAI is an AI-assisted outbound sales platform that helps you manage leads, send messages, place AI voice calls, schedule meetings, and generate quotes through your own or platform-provided integrations (e.g. ElevenLabs, Twilio, Microsoft Teams, Stripe).
3. Your responsibilities
- You must comply with all applicable laws — including TCPA, GDPR, ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and any local marketing/communications laws.
- You must have a lawful basis (consent or legitimate interest) to contact every lead you upload.
- You must honour opt-out and erasure requests within the time required by law.
- You must not use the Service for spam, fraud, harassment, deepfakes, or any unlawful purpose.
- You are responsible for the content of every AI-generated message and call placed under your account.
4. Connected accounts and credentials
When you connect third-party providers (ElevenLabs, Twilio, Microsoft, Stripe, etc.) you authorise TajuAI to use those credentials to perform the actions you configure. You are responsible for fees billed by those providers.
5. AI-generated content
TajuAI uses third-party AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving outbound communications. The Service is not a substitute for professional, legal, or medical advice.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Platform-provided minutes/messages are subject to fair-use limits described on the Pricing page. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
7. Data, lead lists, and oversight
You own the lead data you upload. You grant TajuAI a limited licence to process it to operate the Service. Authorised platform administrators may access your data on a read-only basis to provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or place the platform at legal or reputational risk.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TajuAI's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
